Administration Reports

You can use Administration Reports to display information about your KANA Response system. For example, you may want to see all categories and hotkeys, or see which recipients are assigned to which categories, or you may want to check how your rules are working by running a report which displays statistics for messages processed by rules.

Report Type

Description

Action Log

Lists all actions applied to a message, including user, action, and the date.

Address Book

Lists names and e-mail addresses of address book entries.

Category Hierarchy

Displays a hierarchical view of all categories and hotkeys.

Category Recipients

Lists recipients assigned to categories.

Category Text

Displays the text of all categories including the full template text.

Departments

Lists all departments and subdepartments, the number of users in each, and user names.

Queues

Lists all queues for receiving mail.

Server Preferences

Lists all KANA Server preferences and values.
