Use this report to show the recipients assigned to a specific category. Categories are labels users can apply to incoming messages.
This report also indicates the hotkey for the category recipients. A hotkey is an abbreviation for the category name. When a category definition includes a hotkey, users can assign the category to messages more quickly, typing the hotkey rather than using buttons and dialogs.
This report maps to this DB View: CategoryRecipientView, which shows who is set up to receive responses for a category.

Select the output that you want the report to be delivered in. This can be DHTML, HTML, Applet, PDF, text, Excel, PS (PostScript), RTF and XML.
Select the language in which you want the report to be delivered.
Select the method that indicates how the message was received by Response (e-mail or form message).
Select this option to find by all.
Select this option to search using the available query fields.
Category
Enter the name of a category assigned to incoming messages and used in responses.
Hotkey
Enter the characters assigned to a category to allow for quick entry of a category in an outgoing message.
Enter the email address of the person you want to view results for.
Enter the name of the person you want to view results for.
The date range for the report appears above the results table.
