Queues Report

This report shows information about the users within each queue. Scroll down to view a description of the results of the report.

DB View

This report maps to this DB View: UserFolderView, which shows which users are associated with folders in the Kana system.

Output

Output format

Select the output that you want the report to be delivered in. This can be DHTML, HTML, Applet, PDF, text, Excel, PS (PostScript), RTF and XML.

Language

Select the language in which you want the report to be delivered.

Select the method that indicates how the message was received by Response (e-mail or form message).

Find Criteria

All

Select this option to find by all.

Fields

Select this option to search using the available query fields.

Queue in

Select the department for the queue.

Name

Select the name of the queue.

User in

Select the department that the user is in.

Name

Select the name of the user.


Reports result

The date range for the report appears above the results table.

Explanation

Find All

Lists all queues when this is selected for the report criteria.

Queue

Lists all users in all queues. For example, the General Pool queue.

Users

Displays the users in each queue.
