To stop a scheduled report, you can delete it. Deleting the report removes it completely, and you will need to re-schedule the report if you want it to run again at a later time.
You can stop a scheduled report in the Active or Background tables To stop a scheduled task:
Find the scheduled report in table.
Select the check box next to the report name.
Click the Stop link.
To delete a scheduled report:
Find the scheduled report in Schedule table.
Select the check box next to the report name.
Click Delete in the Toolbar area.
Additionally you can access the Active and Completed tabs to review actively scheduled tasks and completed tasks.
