When you answer a message or create a new message, you can optionally add attachments to the outgoing message, such as a letter, note, picture, or brochure. Any attachments that your KANA Content Administrator has set up will display in the Attachments list. However, you can add your own attachments using the Browse button.
Note: Attachments to outgoing messages can be as large as 22 MB.
If you select the Include Original Attachment check box in the Outgoing Message window, you can keep original attachments attached to the outgoing message.
