Reading Messages

When you first look at your Inbox, the messages that have been delivered to you are displayed in your Inbox Message List. To read a message, select it in your message list.

To read a message
  1. Open your Inbox.
  2. Select the message you want to read from your Inbox Message List.
  3. The content of the message is displayed in the Incoming Message/Message Content region (Message Content tab) of the window.
  4. To view the details of the message, click the Details tab.
  5. If you want to reply to the message, compose your message in the Outgoing Message Region of the window.
