Sending Messages
After you finish constructing a response to a message, you will want to send it.
To send a message

Prepare the response.
- Click Send Messages. The message is sent and the next message in your Inbox is shown so you can work with it. If Auto Spell Check is activated, the Spell Check screen appears before the message is sent.
Hint: If multiple messages are selected, and you click Send, or the menu item is selected, only those messages that have been read by the agent will be sent. Messages which have not been read, even though they may have been categorized by rules, will not be sent. An error message stating that a response message does not exist will show up.
