The Reporter is the KANA Response component that runs scheduled reports. See KANA Reports online help for detailed information on scheduling reports.
In the KANA Response system configuration file, a KANA Response Administrator defines the number of Reporters for each partition. See the Cluster Manager online help and the KANA Response Installation and Configuration Guide for more information on Reporters and the configuration file.
In System Administration, you can set parameters that enable the Reports and determine defaults. The parameters are defined in the Reporter window.
