Reports server |
Enter the same URL that you use for the Web Server; for example, localhost:8080/jreport. In this example, jreport is the virtual directory of your Web Server and localhost:8080 is the name of the host server. For more information on this server, see "Configure the Reporter Component" in the KANA Response Installation and Configuration Guide. |
Start of Week |
This day is used as the starting day when using the predefined date ranges of "This Week" and "Last Week." The default day is Sunday.
