Enhanced Response Reports

KANA Response Reports feature several specialized reports that give you enhanced grouping options to maximize your report output.  With enhanced reports, you can search using the same find criteria as the other reports. In addition, you can select the option you want to display results for (Department, Mailbox, Queue, System, or User), and choose the date grouping that you want the report to group by (Hour, Day, Week, or Month).
