Home > Using Reports > Creating a Custom Report
You can create your own Response, Response Live and IQ reports by using the Jinfonet JReport Designer. For example, you may want a report that offers different information from the many standard reports included with KANA Reports. The designer lets you build custom reports and then effectively deploy them.
The JReport Designer can be found on the Response installation CD or you can go to http://www.jinfonet.com, then browse to the designer.
You can create the report, save it to the Custom Reports folder, and view it or schedule it to run whenever necessary.
See the KANA Custom Reports Guide (CustomReportsGuide.pdf) for detailed instructions on how to set up custom reports.
