Message reports let you view information about messages in the KANA Response system. You can view active, bounced, and categorized messages, as well as message age and details about messages.
These are the types of Message reports you can run:

Lists active messages by queue and by user queue. You can see backlogs and allocate resources to prioritize messages. |

Charts the number of active messages assigned to each user or queue. |

Displays full text of bounced messages subject, body, complete date, sender e-mail, sender name. |

Displays subject, date, and sender of bounced messages. |

Displays the full text of messages grouped by category. |

Displays subject, date, and sender of messages grouped by category subject, receive date, complete date, sender e-mail, sender name, category, queue. |

Displays the number of messages by time bucket in KANA Response - either active or completed. |
