Use this report to view full text of bounced messages with the message details, such as the time the message was sent, who sent the message, and the message subject.

Note: This report will not show the reason for the bounced messages.
This report maps to this DB View: BouncedMessagesView, which contains all of the bounced or undeliverable messages that either could not be sent because of E-Mail address problems or were returned by the email server.
Select the output that you want the report to be delivered in. This can be DHTML, HTML, Applet, PDF, text, Excel, PS (PostScript), RTF and XML.
Select the language in which you want the report to be delivered.
Displays the method format that indicates how the message was received by Response.

Select this option to find by a date range. The database searches for completed messages within this date range. Select the date range from the menu:

Select this option to search using the available query fields.
Enter the subject of the bounced message.
Enter the text body of the bounced message.
Enter the sender's e-mail address.
Enter the sender's name of the messages you are looking for.
Select the date range you want to search from the menu. The choices are:

Last Week

Last Year
Enter the date range you want the report to cover.
Beginning Date – Type the start date of the period you want the report to cover. The format is MM/DD/YYYY.
Ending Date – Type the end date of the period you want the report to cover. The format is MM/DD/YYYY.
The date range of the results appears above the results table.
