Using Reports

The reports included with KANA Reports are located in a User Directory resource tree, which you can expand or collapse to view and retrieve reports. The User Directory includes Response, Response Live and IQ reports, plus custom report folders. When you click a node in the User Directory, the associated reports appear on the right panel.
