Charts Report

Charts reports let you see data in a graphical format. You can view message performance, response times, and message volume. These reports contain the same information that can be found in other reports, but this information is in a chart format.

These are the types of Charts reports you can run:

Report Type

Description

Message Volume

View the number of messages entering the queue, in the queue, and responded to. Can be viewed by hour, day, week, or month.

Message Performance

Use this report to view service level information within the KANA Response system. Can be viewed by department, mailbox, queue, system, or user.

Message Response Times

Use this report to view the average response times for a department or mailbox. Can be viewed by hour, day, week, or month.

Response Times Chart

Use this report to see the number of messages responded to within the intervals on the x-axis. Can be viewed by department, mailbox, queue, system, or user.
