Response Times Chart

Use this report to see the average length of time it takes for a message to be answered. For a specified time period coming from DATE RANGE, such as "This Week," this report displays a sequence of time intervals (such as 0-1 hours, 1-2 hours, and so on) and the number of messages whose response time falls within each interval and which were completed within the specified time period.

DB View

This report maps to this DB View:  ResponseTimeIntervalView, which shows a list of numeric intervals and, for each interval, the number of messages completed within the amount of time represented by the interval.

Output format

Select the output that you want the report to be delivered in.  This can be DHTML, HTML, Applet, PDF, text, Excel, PS (PostScript), RTF and XML.

Select the language in which you want the report to be delivered.

Number of Responses

Shows the number of messages responded to within the specified time period.

Response Time (hours)

Displays hour increments. Each point charted on this axis corresponds to a time period; 0-1 represents messages that received a response within one hour, and so on.
