Viewing Statistics

Statistics show you message and response statistics for each department you have access to, queue, and user and for the entire KANA Response system.
 

Important!  Originations and completed Follow-up messages will not show up in Statistics under Completed messages because follow-up messages have the same case id that the follow up message was created for.

To view statistics
  1. Click the Statistics icon in the toolbar. The Statistics window opens
To refresh statistics
  1. Open the Statistics window.

  2. Click Refresh. The information in the window is updated.
To display a statistics ticker
  1. Display your statistics or switch to the Statistics window you already opened.
  2. Click Ticker (only available with Internet Explorer). A ticker window opens. This information is updated in real time, and is updated in increments specified in Preferences.
