Downloading Messages to Your Inbox

After responding to all the messages in your Inbox, you can download more messages from the KANA Response server. The number of messages that you can download depends on the number of messages routed to you.

Your administrator sets up the refill options for your Inbox. The administrator sets the number of messages you receive and can set your Inbox to refill automatically when it is empty. You may be able to select the automatic refill option yourself in Preferences.

To download messages manually

If the server preference is not set to automatically refill your Inbox, download the maximum number of messages allowed in your Inbox in one of the following ways:

- Click the Download more messages icon in the toolbar.
- Select Message > Download E-mail Messages from the main menu.
