No Answer to a Message

If a message needs no response, click No Answer in the toolbar. To apply No Answer to more than one message at a time, select multiple messages (select and hold down CTRL key), and click No Answer. You also can select No Answer for a message from the Find Results windows. No answer closes the message, removes it from your Inbox, marks it completed, and stores the message in the KANA Response database for reporting purposes.
 
To use No Answer
  1. From your Inbox, select the messages you want to remove.
  2. Click No Answer or CTRL + N.
  3. Click OK when the system prompts you for confirmation.
