Transferring a Message to Your Inbox

After finding a message, you may want to move it to your inbox. Transfer is available in the Find Message Results window, or in the Find Customer Results window (which transfers customer information into a contact message).

To transfer a message
  1. In the Find dialog (CTRL + F), enter search criteria to find the message you want to transfer.

  2. Click Find Now. Results are displayed in the Find Message Results window, or the Find Customer Results window.

  3. Select the message(s) or customer to transfer, and click Transfer (Note: you can only transfer one customer at a time).

  4. The messages are automatically moved to your inbox, and contact messages are created.
