Editing Standard Phrases

In Content Administration:

  1. In the content browser, click the Standard Phrases entry under the appropriate department.

  2. Select the type of standard phrase that you want to edit.

  3. Select the phrase that you want to edit.

  4. Make your changes. See Greetings window, Headers window, Footers window, or Signatures window.

  5. Click the Save the changes made to this entry icon on the toolbar.
