A footer is any standard ending text that appears after the text of an outgoing message and is selected by a user in KANA Mail. These phrases, such as headers, footers, and greetings, are inserted into messages that users send to customers.
This window has the following panes:
Footers pane: Displays the standard footers created for the current department. It lists the following information for each header.
Footer (details) pane: Displays the information for adding or editing a footer. Open this pane by selecting an existing greeting in the footer pane or by clicking the Create a new entry icon on the toolbar.
Name |
Displays the name assigned to the footer. Click the Name heading to change the sort order of the footers. |

Name |
Indicates the name that you want to assign to the footer. This name must be unique within the current department. |
Department |
Indicates the department that owns the footer |
