Headers

Use this window to manage standard introductory sentences for outgoing messages. To open this window in Content Administration, click the Headers entry under Standard phrases for the appropriate department.

This window has the following panes:

Headers pane

Name

Displays the name assigned to the header. Click the Name heading to change the sort order of the headers.

Text

Displays the header text

Header (details) pane

Name

Indicates the name that you want to assign to the header. This name must be unique within the current department.

Department

Indicates the department that owns the header

Text

Indicates the text of the header. See Composing text.
