The Field Data reports summarize any custom fields that you have created in the Custom Fields area of Content Administration. These reports will only display if the custom fields are applied to messages.
| Report Type | Description |
| Custom field summary | Shows the field names sorted in ascending alphabetical order, field values, and the number of messages containing each value. This report includes custom fields of all data types (except long text), with only a count of long text data type. |
| Custom text field summary | Displays all data entered in custom fields of the long text data type. Shows the field names sorted in ascending alphabetical order by date, the e-mail address of each customer who filled out the field, and the content each customer entered in the field. |
