KANA Classify Reports

Classify, when integrated with Response, makes use of natural language processing to understand the meaning of email messages as opposed to just searching for key words. That means organizations can auto-respond with confidence to greater quantities of email; can deliver more accurate auto-responses; and can reduce their administration overhead.

You can use Classify Reports to display performance information about your KANA Response and Classify integrated system. There are two new reports to support this integration of KANA Response and Classify.

Report Views

Classify reports can be viewed by the Content Manager, Workflow Manager, or KANA Administrator.

Lists a comparison of performance information for classified or non classified messages with accuracy estimates for Classify on the side.

Classify Performance

Lists the volume breakout by response type, such as AutoResponse, AutoSuggest and Manual Response. Lists accuracy estimates for categories Classify.
