Viewing a customer profile lets you see contact information for a selected customer - including name, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and any notes. You can also edit and update customer records.
You can view a customer profile from the Inbox Message List, or from the Find Results window.
From the Inbox Message List
In the Inbox Message List, select the message you want to view the customer profile for.
Click the View Customer Profile icon in the toolbar. The Customer Profile dialog opens.
View or makes changes to the profile, and click OK when you are done.
From the Find Message Results window
Search for a message or messages to display the Find Message Results window.
Select a message and click View Customer Profile in the toolbar.
