Editing a Contact Message

You can edit contact messages for phone, fax, letter, and face-to-face contact types.
 

To edit a contact message

  1. In your Inbox, select the message you want to edit.

  2. In the Outgoing Message region, edit the message text.

  3. Click OK.

A contact message stays in your Inbox until you complete it.

  1. If you only want to keep a record of the contact with the customer, do one of the following:

 A contact message is released from your Inbox when you log off, unless you choose to keep it.
