Assigning Users to E-Mail Queues

In Content Administration:

  1. Click the E-mail Queues entry under the appropriate department in the content browser.

  2. Select the queue you want to work with.

  3. Select a user in the Available users list.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Click Save the changes made to this entry icon in the toolbar.
