The DHTML Reports have an Unlock Screen window that appears when a DHTML window is locked after a set period of idle time passes. For example, the default time is set to three (3)hours and if the session sits idle for three hours, the session locks and the Unlock Screen appears. You can change the default time to a different time in the DHTML area of the Preferences section:
First, select Preferences from the top menu, then select DHTML:
Click the Properties tab.
Click the Advanced tab and click the check box for Lock Screen Timeout.
Enter the hours, minutes and seconds in the fields to set the idle time.
Click Save to complete setting the idle time.
The Unlock Screen window may show KanaAdmin as the user, which is the internal default. To continue, refresh the screen and log on.
