Use this window to add recipients to an outgoing campaign message.
Click the Available Mailing Lists button to browse to and import mailing lists. The mailing list must be on the Response server in the email directory.
Click OK to complete the mailing list.
Click Cancel to close the window without adding a mailing list.
Click Refresh to renew the list after adding a new entry.
Click View to view information about a recipient.
Open the Find screen by clicking the find messages or customers icon in the top menu.
From the Customer Find Results window—Click the icon on the toolbar to export the results to an email mail list file.
From the Message Find window—Select the checkbox titled Find customers whose messages fit above criteria to export the customers to an email mail list.
