Adding Mailing Address Information to a Customer Profile

A customer profile can have multiple mailing addresses. The address entered in the main section of the Customer Address Information dialog box is considered the main address.
 

To add an address to a customer profile

  1. In your Inbox, click the View the customer profile icon on your toolbar.

  2. Click the Edit icon in the Address region of the Customer Profile window.

  3. Select a description from the Description drop-down box in the Customer Address Information dialog box.

  4. Enter the address details as appropriate.

  5. Click Add to add more addresses.

  6. Click OK.

To edit an address

  1. In your Inbox, click the View the customer profile icon on your toolbar.

  2. Click the Edit icon in the Address region of the Customer Profile window.

  3. Select an address in the Customer Addresses region of the Customer Address Information dialog box and click Edit.

  4. Make changes to the address.

  5. Click OK .

To delete an address

  1. In your Inbox, click the View the customer profile icon on your toolbar.

  2. Click the Edit icon in the Address region of the Customer Profile window.

  3. Select an address in the Customer Addresses region of the Customer Address Information dialog box and click the Delete icon.

  4. Click OK.
