Route

Use this window to select an agent that you want to route the e-mail message to.  You can select a department, user, or queue.

Departments

Select from a list of existing departments. Use the + to expand the folder tree.

Users

View a list of users that belongs to the selected department. Select by highlighting.

Queues

View a list of queues that the user or department belongs to. Select by highlighting.
