Use this window to check the spelling of your outgoing message. When the Check Spelling window opens, the text to spell check appears in a box at the top of the window. KANA Response highlights the current misspelled word. KANA Response does not check any text in the original message.
To check the spelling of the current outgoing message, review each misspelling and decide whether the word is misspelled. Select a suggested spelling and click Replace or Replace All.

Click to replace an instance of a word. The word is replaced with the word that is in the New Spelling field. |
Ignore |
Click to ignore an instance of a word. |
