Custom Roles and Response Live Permissions

The Chat Admin tabs and  features are accessible, based on permissions given to Response custom roles.

Anyone with System Administration Edit Permission

 

Chat Org Admin

Anyone who is not System Administrator

AND

Anyone with Workflow Administration Edit Permission

OR one or more than one of the following:

Anyone with Department Edit Permission

Anyone with Users Edit Permission

Anyone with Queues Edit Permission

Anyone with Rules Edit Permission

Anyone with Adapters Edit Permission

 

Supervisor

 

Anyone who is not Org Admin

AND

Anyone with Categories Edit Permission

OR one or more than one of the following:

Anyone with Standard Phrase Edit Permission

Anyone with Address Book Edit Permission

Anyone with Templates Edit Permission

Acknowledgments Edit Permission

Anyone with Email Templates Edit Permission

Anyone with Custom Fields Edit Permission

 

Agent

Anyone who is not Supervisor

AND

Anyone with Mail Client Permission
