Deleting Custom Roles

In Content Administration:

1. Click the Custom Roles entry under Settings.

2. Select the role to be deleted.

3. Click the Delete this entry icon in the toolbar.

4. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click OK.

Note: You cannot delete System defined roles; however, Custom roles that are tagged to users  can be deleted. The users with such roles default to an agent role and the permission level of agents is applicable.
