Attachments

Use this window to add attachments to a category. When a category is assigned to a message and the definition includes a list of attachments, the attachments are automatically included in the outgoing message.

Note: To add an attachment so that it appears in the Available Attachments region, place the attachment in one of the two directories in the following location where you have installed Response:

C:\Program Files\KANA\Response Server\shareddir\part_default\

Available Attachments

Displays a list of all available attachments.

Attachments Selected

Displays a list of all attachments that are currently included with this category.

Add

Click to move an attachment from the Available list to the Selected list.

Remove

Click to remove an attachment from the Selected list.

View

Click to view the attachment.

Refresh

Click to Refresh your view.

Ok

Click to accept changes.

Cancel

Click to cancel any changes and return to the Category window.
