In Content Administration:
Click the Categories entry under the appropriate department.
Click the category that you want to edit.
Make your changes. See Categories window fields and buttons.
Click the Save the changes made to this entry icon on the toolbar.
NOTE: If you change the name of an existing category or hotkey, messages categorized using the old name or hotkey appear in KANA Reports categorized under the new name or hotkey. KANA Response rules that use the old category name are also automatically updated.
