This report shows a list of URLs the customers were on when they clicked Response Live Help. You can see what sections of the Web site customers are coming from and how they were referred. If one particular section of the Web site is driving most of Response Live Help traffic, it might indicate usability related issues for that section.

Select this option to find by a date range. The database searches for completed messages within this date range. Select the date range from the menu:
