The Message Body will show you the subject and body of the message sent to the customer by selecting a connect message line item from the message history list.
To view Connect Message Body:
Click view the selected message from the toolbar or click a Connect message line item from the message history list. This displays the subject and body of the message that was sent to the customer.
If you cannot see the Message Body then the message was probably not archived in Connect. You will be able to view the Connect message details (from, to, date, subject, campaign name, and status), but not the Message Body.
If you cannot see the Message body then:
1. Click the Connect message icon in the Customer History View.
2. Click the link returned (in the lower pane below the Customer History View) by Connect.
3. The Connect Logon window appears in a new browser window.
4. You will then be taken to the customer message (in the new browser window) sent from Connect.
Note: User name and Password will be required to access the Connect integration without which you cannot logon to the Connect server.
