Deleting Aliases

To delete aliases in System Administration:

  1. Click the Mail Receiver icon.

  2. Click Edit Aliases.

  3. Select the aliases that you want to delete.  

  4. Click Delete.

NOTE: Deleting the alias removes it from the KANA Response system.  It does not affect the corresponding alias you created on the mail server.
